"Do not take this product if you are in good shape and are looking to create your 6 pack. All this product will do is lighten your wallet and make you feel jumpy for weeks even after you discontinue it. I haven't felt good since I took it. I took it for about week, the first few days were okay, after that it interfered with my sleep and increased my anxiety. I haven't taken it for a week and I am still restless."

"I used this product coupled with about an hour of cardio per day and shed 50 pounds. I would take it with a glass of water about an hour before i got to the the gym. It gave me the energy to get the most of every workout. I highly recommend it."

"A friend recommended it to me.
I used it for six weeks. I went into a strict low-carbs diet, also drinking 2 lts of water daily, and with at least 30 min of moderate-cardio routines at least four times a week. It kept me awake during the day. You'd get used to it in a week or less. I coudn't take the pills with at evening cause it would keep me awake all night. Still, with two takes (Break-F and Lunch) it did a great job. Don't be afraid, try it. See how it works on you. My recomendation is : TRY IT.
Now I need to get ripped again and RF, is on my Agenda!"
