"Really helps to control acidity and make you alkaline. Yes, very grassy, but things that are good for you aren't always super tasty. Mixing with a non-reactive juice is the way to take it. Small amount (1/4 cup) with the powder and chase it with water. I like kiwi-strawberry or mango for covering up the taste."

"This is really the Perfect Food supplement . I take it around 1-3 pm it gives me that energy that I need to get through the rest of my day. I love it and I order alot of it.
I highly recommend this product. I mix mine with apple juice everyday. For me all the other juices or water does not work with the taste. It tastes great with organic apple juice!"

"This product tastes much better than powder made from wheat grass leaves. If you mix it in a water bottle and shake hard, it will mix in very well and be easy to swallow. I like that it fills me up and doesn't allow me to eat a bunch of junk/unhealthy food, and I know I'm getting a good daily dose of veggies."

"Replaced my morning coffee with 1T GOL Perfect Food mixed with 1T GOL Super Seed Fiber. What energy you receive in return! (The taste is bad, but it's an organic green superfood - none of these taste good, none).

Bottom Line: Drink 1-2 T of GOL Perfect Food a day and you will begin to see a positive difference in your skin, hair, energy level and probably even a bit of weight loss. There are 10 servings of veggies in 1T - of course you are going to look / feel more vibrant! Keep up the good work GOL. Your products rock."

"I don't eat enough vegetables per day, and decided I wanted to change that. I looked into MANY Green Foods and none of them ranked in comparison to the Garden of Life Perfect Food in the amount of nutrients it contains. I have taken it every day now for almost 1 month and have noticed that I have a little more energy in the afternoon than I used to. It mixes very well (I use berry flavord juice), and the taste isn't too bad! If you really want to do something good for your body and health, I would highly recommend taking this product. I have also recommended this product to my mother, and she is now taking this product, too."

"The title says it all. This supplement does the job it's advertised to do. It's a good supplement, but the taste is a fate worse than death! It's an eye-watering, stomach churning experience--and this is even when mixed with fruit and juice in a smoothie! If you buy this brand, go for the caplets!"

"After Green Defense changed their formula we went searching for a new green drink and this is one that appeared to be very comparable. However, the taste was very "haylike" and it just didn't mix well, making it clumpy and a lot was wasted in the bottom of the glass."

"This stuff smells and tastes pretty foul,but the formula is nutrient-dense and beneficial,so I take it anyway.Actually,its not so bad with juice,but taken straight with water,you`ll probably have to sip it or swish it in your mouth to get it down.You could also try adding a little stevia powder.This formula is also available in a tablet,although I find that loose powders provide even better absorption."
