"I do notice when i don't take one with a meal. they seem to work best with the meal and not after. been putting up with heartburn for many years and went through lots of anti-acids, lost many a night of sleep because of it. Now that is not a problem. haven't notice a weight lost yet, but i don't get the feeling of "i ate too much" anymore or heartburn. for the value, i believe it is a good deal."

"Okay I did my research and found this is the best on the market. I was having real bad indigestion/acid reflux/heart burn stuff for a couple months and my digestion was just completely "off". I don't take Tums or anything, so this was it. I bought a bottle for my aunt and one for myself and I'd say it was only mildly helping. Then I forgot that Betaine Hydrochloride was the big one that helped me in the past. I had to put these away (they weren't helping) and I switched to Betaine Hydrochloride and a miracle has happened! That stuff works. So I guess it's trial and error."
