"This product, which I've bought for about two years, has not produced any measurable change in my blood workups. In view of this, I have to have serious doubt about the efficacy of any NSI product."

"For those folks that "like their beer", this nutrient formulation should be taken. The only reservations that I personally have is the total amount of selenium being consumed on a daily basis. This formulation has 400 mcgs. of selenium. If one takes a Synergy line multi (for example), 200 mcgs. of selenium is included in that product therefore, the amount of selenium being taken on a daily basis is 600 mcgs. Couple this with a dietary intake and one is probably getting 700-800 mcgs daily which may be too much. I personally have been taking Healthy Liver along with Synergy Advanced for about 4 months now with no side effects from the selenium supplementation. I personally would give this product a 100% excellent rating if NSI would reduce the amount of selenium to 200 mcgs., like they have included in their Synergy line of multis."
