"Better Vitamin than the one I was taking.
I also did a test with the vitamin and Vinegar. Outer shell was dissolved within 15 minutes. Rest of Vitamin within one hour. That is about normal for a table to dissolve.

I would prefer this in a gel cap if it were available. But I still would recommend this vitamin. Much better ingredients."

"ET enjoys a reputation as a very good company, so I put aside my usual reservations about buying a supplement in tablet form. I did test it however, with the usual method of submerging it in vinegar for an hour. At the 30 min. mark it was about 10% disolved, and after an hour it was about 30% disolved. If you can't absorb a product, it is useless, and this confirms my decision never to buy supps. in tablet form."
