"As a 6'6" male with fast metabolism and difficulty to put on weight in general, but mainly muscle weight, l-glutamin has proven to serve its purpose. It helped me to enhance my performance, decrease recovery time and assisted in adding muscle weight. Note, however, that my primary goal isn't mass, but strength and speed for other sports. "I've found that L-Glutamine has helped me keep level blood sugars and it also helps to curb my appetite. I'm not sure if that's what it's meant to do as I'm not a doctor, but it helped me.
