"I have taken many vitamins over the yrs and this one is by far the best. For example:I have always been a nervous person and biten my nails since I was a little girl. I have always had weak, thin nails. When I take these vitamins I don't bite my nails and they actually grow strong. It's strange because I'm not actually trying not to bite them, the desire/action actually stops. It seems to have a calming effect overall and I feel better when I take them. The only draw back is the lg # of them you have to take (~9) so I split the dose into 5 in the morning and 4 in afternoon. That way helps with late afternoon drowsiness and anxiety also. I have spent thousands of dollars on vit/herbs over yrs to deal w/ many health issues and Garden of Life is by far the best supplements I have found."
