"Excellent product. My wife and I have taken other "high end" vitamins and neither of us can take more than 1-2 at a time w/out feeling "sickly", even if taken w/ food. I thought you always had to take w/ food. I was hesitant to take them on an empty stomach like the bottle said could be done. I did, and no side effects - even in the morning w/ no food. No awful tasting in the deep throat area that is common in vitamins. I try to take vitamins w/ food, but it doesn't always work out, and it is good that I don't have to take these w/ food since they are in a whole food matrix. I am a true skeptic won over by this brand. I never hesitate to buy ANY of their products. I can't say I notice any health differences, but I do seem to feel more alert lately, but that could just be affected by other things. Read up on sprouted food benefits vs non-sprouted foods and you'll see why this brand is THE brand to follow. No synthetics, either...atleast that I am aware of at the time of this writing. There's a lot of cheap junk out there - not so w/ Garden of Life. You don't always get what you pay for, but you do pay for what you get. Think about it. Cheers!"

"The best whole food supplement ever! I believe it is very important to get nutrition from whole foods so the body is able to recognize and utilize them to benefit our system. When you are dealing with this whole food supplement, it is safe to take on an empty stomach...which is GREAT! No more bouts of nausea! As far as the price...Your body is using the whole dosage as opposed to cheaper synthetic supplements that are easily passed through our urine. When you think of it that way, you actually waste money when you go after price and forego quality! Would definitely recommend!"

"Have used several different multi's over the years. Notable ones with good results are American Yongevity "Classic" (very good on the minerals) NSA "JuicePlus" (excellent on the fruit and vege extracts giving high enzyme content). Have used Nuskin/Pharmanex "LifePak" which despite the supposed strong scientific research to back up the claims had a dissapointing lack of results and is expensive. I rate this product when taken with with the Living Calcium product as the BEST I have come across over the last the last 10years, and I have done some considerable looking. Considering what you get it is very cheap. The results I have got exceed any other supplement I have used.
PRO's: Fruit + Vege + Sea-Vege Extracts in sustantial quantities; Excellent balance & quantities of macro minerals; High number of IONIC trace minerals; High quantities of the right types of Tonic Mushrooms; Excellent quantities & balance of all the B vitamins and other vitamins; other additional herbs & nutrients. Tablet form not liquid. CONS's: Can't buy locally."

"I've read Dr. Jordan Rubin's books and have concluded that only his Garden of Life products have truly live nutrients, not like the average vitamin supplements that are synthetically produced in a lab. "An all in one vitamin and mineral supplement with vegetables, sea vegetables, fruit extracts, mushrooms, ocean minerals, and botanicals! The vitamin & mineral content is just right without overloading your body! Purchasing these items separately would cost a lot more! I would recommend taking only 2 tablets and building up to the suggested dosage, especially if your immune system is low or you have an overgrowth of candida (most people do). Some of the vitamins and minerals are fermented with probiotic organisms making it a great defense mechanism for the entire body!"
