"I play soccer in an over 40 league and within days of taking astaxanthin I no longer had a bad hip joint issue that was bad enough to consider not playing. Gradually, over 6 months, my endurance has improved greatly. I no longer get winded even after 1 1/2 hours of running up and down the field. Works great as a sunscreen too. Haven't seen an improvement in eyesight though."

"I noticed after 3 months of taking 2 pills 3x a day I could watch tv without glasses and night time driving was better. Thought it might be possible that it was due to some other supplement I was taking but when I stopped this product I noticed after a few months my eyesight worsened again and so now I am back on it. I haven't taken the same dosage, I cut it in half and have noticed improvement in vision again. So I am inclined to believe that the improvement is due to this supplement."

"I don't think there are any draw backs to taking Astaxanthin but I don't know that I feel any better taking this larger doseage. The smaller dose made me feel better and I thought that maybe it would be even greater with the larger dose. Either way, the NSI brand is a good one."

"I received the product with some delays but it arrived in good condition. I started with 16mg per day as Mike Adams suggests. I do not feel anything different, but it's only been a week and maybe too soon to tell. Sometimes I don't notice a change until after I stop taking something, so maybe in a few more weeks I can stop for a few days and notice something then. It's certainly worth the try at these prices and with the science behind the product."

"I find that getting an anti-oxidant of this strength this way is probably better than cosuming chocolate on a daily basis for two reasons. One, chocolate increases blood sugar, who needs that. Two, the price of dark chocolat containing at least 60% cocao is costly and on the rise due to the publics awareness of it's value as an anti-oxidant. I've had no ill reactions to this supplement so that is a plus. As far as effectivity, hard to judge, as with any supplement time will reveal benefits or shortcomings."
