"I definitely do not eat enough servings of vegtables on a daily basis. I do, however, work out 5 days a week and drink a home-made recovery shake immediately thereafter each time. I typically put froze fruits and protien powder in a blender when I get home. These greens are a great addition to my post-workout recovery shake. I hardly taste them."

"I have tried many different brands to get my "greens" fix. I always come back to Greens +. I mix mine in with a morning protein shake and it has, hands down, the best flavor I've found. I can mix it with strawberry, chocolate, vanilla....even use it on its own with water or milk. I have compared labels with other brands, and it also has the largest blend of ingredients and highest percentage of nutrients. "I've been taking this supplement on and off for a long time now. Its the best tasting green drink I have found. Mixes easily (1/2 wht grape juice & 1/2 water) and is non gritty like some others I have tried. I find the more I drink this, the more I crave it. "i have been taking this product every moring for many years. maybe 10. i shake it with grapefruit juice which helps w/the taste (and I've heard but don't know for sure) that it helps with absorption due to an enzyme in the gf juice. regardless, energy level is noticably better, as is mood, and overall healthy "feeling". I have not been sick in years! it cost over $40 at the health store w/tax, so it is also a great buy here. i recommend it highly!"

"If you like vitamins, then you should love this product. I have allergies to some of the contents in the commercial vitamins and that is how I started taking 'superfoods'. This was recommened to me by a natural healer I was seeing. I had used this for several years and then stopped taking it while I was travelling for a year. What a difference without it!! This gives me enough energy to keep going during the day while encouraging me to get enough sleep. I get a 'veggie' serving from it as well as herbs to support my health and well-being. "This an excellent, well made product. I find that taking this product regularly increases my energy, and boosts my immune system.
It's a good product to take to increase your vegetable intake.
Tips: I always take after breakfast or lunch, but not before -- I find this works better for my stomach. It may take a few days initially to get used to taking Greens+, but I think it's worth it. I do not mix it with as much water as suggested. The product doesn't taste too bad, but it's not great, so adding less water makes taking it a quicker process. I use a shaker cup with a lid, and put water in first, then product (it mixes in better), then shake very well to avoid lumps."
