The primary ingredients in NSI® MGC-7™ are four special types of mushroom polysaccharide standardized extracts -- shiitake, maitake, cordyceps and reishi -- which may support a variety of white blood cell functions, such as T-cell function, natural killer cell activity and macrophage function. Beta-1, 3-D glucan, a polysaccharide extract derived from cell walls of baker's yeast, may increase production, mobilization and killing capacity of macrophages, neutrophils and other immune cells. MGC-7 also contains L-theanine, which is an extract from tea that has a variety of beneficial properties including immune enhancement. And, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10 - 100 mg) is included to further boost the immune system and for antioxidant protection. These seven ingredients for immune enhancement are in NSI MGC-7™ Double Strength.

"Started with this product a few weeks ago. Did not have an overnight effect that I thought it might have, however, it appears that it is helping my immune system over time. My work is very stressful and hence my immune system seems to have it's moments. Since starting this product it seems that overall well being has improved somewhat. I think I will know more in a month or two."
