"Beta Sitosterol is probably the best product offered for a prostrate gland that is growing. I think it beats all other products, and also prescription drugs for the same purpose. It is very inexpensive, and Natural Source has one of the best."

"prior to using beta sitosterol i was getting up 3 or 4 times a night. tried another product with 300 mg and within a few weeks it was down to 2 or 3 times a night. starting taking source naturals mega strenght beta sitosterol twice a day and now i usually get up once a night. its a great improvement. been taking source naturals mega beta sitosterol for over three years."
