"For me, its always a trade-off between cost and quality and I think Twinlabs hit the mark with this one. This Vitamin I think is very good for a one-pill multi-- compare it to other high end vitamins where they want you to take 2 or even 4 a day. I'm constantly trying to beat this product by trying to find a better price/performance vitamin but havent been able to do it for over two years now--
Good all around mutli-vitamin at a very reasonable cost"

Made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach. Result was a very upset stomach, so make sure you eat before."
