"These tasted really good. They were chewy at room temp, and if you are really wanting something to chew and take a while to eat try putting them in the refrigerator or even freezer. They have no sugar, but do have sugar alcohols which can give you gas and some people diarrhea. They are filling enough that you can just eat part of it at a time lessening the gastrointestinal effects. The whole bar is 29 grams of protein so it is a tasty way to get in some extra protein."
