"Excellent nutrional bar. High protein, low fat, relatively low carbs, very tasty. A tad pricey, but still a good value. Use either as a postwork out meal, or sometimes meal replacement when pressed for time. Also use small portion of bar within 30 mins of waking up to change the body's sleep cycle digestion mode to the awake digestion mode, i.e., from drawing energy off one's muscle mass to one's caloric intake & glucose produced by the liver."

"Tastes almost as good as the chocolate peanut butter bars, and at 32g helps get my full daily protein need without a lot of volume."
