"I needed a supplement that gave me both mental and physical energy, without any negative side effects. I have CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and can no longer work due to lake of energy. Prescription stimulants and caffeine may work for a few hours, but a few hours later I am jittery, and then cannot sleep through the night, waking up several times because of the stimulation. Also, you can vary your dosage based on your needs on a particular day. Generally, I take 2 when I wake up and another 1-2 late morning. Brainwave Plus has ingredients that solve both of my problems without any negative side effects. It also has ingredients for helping with stress, improving memory and cognitive function, and more.
