"My wife and I have been using a few drops on our upper lip under the nose to relieve tension headaches, mine often induced by a drink or three. Works amazingly well, you just feel your shoulders and neck relax spontaneously, although sometimes aspirin is also needed in stubborn cases. Used a drop or two at a time, this small bottle can last for years. It is expensive compared to others, but one other brand we tried smelled like crushed up peppermint candy you get for free on exiting some restaurants and had no effect whatsoever. Moral of the story is that not all peppermint is created equal. Who would have thought?"

"Aura Cacia 100% Pure Essential Oil- Peppermint is very potent and effective. I have a electric heating difuser that I use it in. I also dab it on my wrist now and then. It really cools my skin and energizes me!"
