"Ish. I got these for some reason thinking they would be better for my seven year old- there is no way she could swallow even one of these (three are in a serving size). They are huge horse pills. Despite the reviews of having the "wonderful" strawberry flavor, they are disgusting in taste and my husband and I have suffered from fishy burps all day as a result. Yuck."

"I am on an inflammation reduction diet plan and it recommends fish oil GLA, ALA, DHA 3 x daily if fatty fish is not consumed. I was ecstatic to find a product that combined the oils in one with little after taste. And, as always, a great buy through Vitacost!"

"When you take EFA you need to be cautious about the rate between Omega3 and Omega6. that is the point.

We need more omega3 than omega6 as supplements because we take much more omega6 than omega3 in our normal daily lives.

This complete EFA is perfectly adjusted for this. and I love it.

I'm a repeat buyer."

"Too much people say "Fats are bad...don't eat fats" and cut down fats in their Diet.

I'm a biologist student and I know how "good" fats are important for the body.

Omega-3 and omega-6 are types of essential fatty acids. Meaning we cannot make them on our own and have to obtain them from our diet.

Stay way from Trans Fats but go on EFA.
I'm very satisfied of this produt. I take 3pills per day. They complete my Diet.

Cheap, easy to swallow and a little good taste.
Higly recommended"

"I chose this fish oil vitamin for my pregnancy because it is so complete. Even though I had quite a bit of morning sickness it did not make it worse. A lot of other women have told me that the fish oils they took were so bad they couldn't take them due to the nausea and fish taste in their mouth. Now that I'm in the last trimester and having some heartburn I occassionally get a fishy aftertase, but if I remember to take my vitamins in the middle of my meal it doesn't happen, only when I take them toward the end."

"I've been taking this for 30+ days now, and have not had any fish burps at all. Not sure why people complain about an "odd" strawberry taste, haven't really noticed it myself unless the pill sits on my tongue for a while. All in all, happy with Complete EFA and will be ordering again when my current supply runs out. Only minor issue is that the pills are rather large."

"My wife has high triglycerides and our doctor said we needed to add Flax seed oil to our fish oil regiman to assist in lowering it. I got this as the best combination found for a reasonable price. The judgement through testing is still out."
