"I have been using Shen Min for a month now and haven't noticed thicker hair yet. Last weeek I had a period where my hair was falling out a bit more than usual but that seems to have stopped. My nails are growing faster and are a bit stronger, but I'm looking for hair regrowth and thickening. I will keep taking this for another 2 or 3 months to see if things improve. I'll write more if that happens."

"Before I started taking this, I would not part my hair on the side because of the hair loss in my temple area. Now I'm back to parting my hair on the side again. A lot of the hair that grew back was gray but it's still hair. Also, apleasant side effect was I feel a lot calmer - not as tightly wound as I usually do. I think this is do to the B complex vitamims in it. Overall, i would definitely recommend it."

"This product didn't really work for my hair, I did notice my nails got stronger, but my hair didn't get any thicker. I also used the JASON thick-to-thin shampoo and noticed immeadiate results from that, but if I don't use the shampoo, my hair is fine and thin, so this supplement wasn't effective, and was expensive for no results."

"I like this product. It did stop my hair from falling out but for some reason it made the palms of my hands yellow (i think it is the vit A in it). However, for best results I would recommend taking this products for at least two months."

"Okay. I've been on Shen Min for 5 months. Did it cause new hair to grow in my dead hair folicles? No. I don't think any product can do that. BUT, my hair is much fuller and stronger and looks pretty good for really thin hair. Also, my weak and brittle nails are like horse hoofs! Strong, and beautiful and they grow like crazy. So, I will continue to use this product forever!."

"I've tried silica with limited success for my thinning hair. I've also tried washing with natural shampoos, regrowth shampoos, scalp massage, scalp oil, and still my hair continued to break off. I'm healthy and in my 40s, but I lose a lot of hair during showers and have been bothered by breakage (especially around my face) for years. I look like I have wispy bangs because I have so much frontal hair breakage.
I tried Shen Min and while I still lose hair (as I have for years), my hair is growing back (even in the front) and it's the longest that it's been in years. I finally get to grow out my "bangs." I don't plan to ever stop taking this supplement, it works great! And my nails are long and strong too."

"My family is folically challenged. So, genetics have put me at a disadvantage- I have fine, thin hair. I found Shen Min 8 years ago and have used it steadily except when I was pregnant or nursing. My hair is thicker, and if I miss a few days I can feel it and see it. It was of great comfort and help after having my 3 kids and my hair fell out as sometimes happens with new moms. "This stuff is great. I am growing back new hair and my hair, which was falling out in chunks, doesn't fall out anymore. This Shen Min is by Biotech Corporation. Do not be deceived and try getting this product cheaper somewhere else. There is one out there by Natrol called Shen Min but on one of the ingredients it has only 1/4 the potency of what it is in this Shen Min. This is the real deal."
