"I could tell a difference after just a few days of taking this product. After I finished the bottle, I decided to wait and see if I could tell a difference by not taking it and my joints started hurting again so I have ordered more.
The bottle is only has 90 softgels and at 6/day, it only last 15 days. At $17/bottle, that is expensive in my book. I am going to try only taking 3/day this time and see if I get the same results."

"I've tried 4 other joint formulas (one of them being rated as one of the best available) they didn't seem to help very much at all. Irwin Naturals 3 in 1 joint formula is the only one that has helped with stiffness. Highly recommended!"
