"I have been taking Vitacost vitamins etc., for longer than I care to remember. Having tried a strong calcium and Vitamin D I recently noticed it did not contain Magnesium. Magnesum I normally use as a laxative - one reason I could not tolerate Peter Gilliam's produces - I have diarrhoea every day. Cutting down did not help as other problems surfaced. I knew I had to have Mangesium for a 30 year long benefit for restless legs, and also for cramp I later developed. Nights were sheer misery. Then I came across THIS product. I thank Vitacost and God every night - No problems with cramps - toes and foot - the numbness in my left leg disappeared and I also have no problems during the day. Also - diarrhoea disappeared overnight. My life has been changed for the better. Vitacost Team - I love you Nicky PS Your delivery is also amazing."

"I read that you should put Calcium tabs in some white vinegar and they should dissolve within 30 minutes or they will pass through your system unabsorbed. I did a comparison test with the pills I had been taking along side these. My original pills dissolved completely within the 30 minute interval. These were still floating around undisturbed after 30 minutes. They were not dissolved after an hour. In fact they were not even completely dissolved after 12 hours. Therefore I believe they are not being absorbed and are just a waste of money."

"I take 3 capsules twice a day and rarely have a headache. If I feel a headache coming on, I take 6 capsules of this product instead of Tylenol or Ibuprofen and my headache goes away. Magnesium deficiency seems to cause headaches."
