"The only other single calcium CCM product on Vitacost is Source Naturals CCM but it's in tablet form. From what I've researched capsules are preferred to tablets for better absorption so that's why I chose NSI's CCM over Source Naturals. If there only existed on Vitacost a Calcium CCM, vitamin D3 and Magnesium citrate all-in-one supplement. I have to buy them all separately b/c the all-in-one calcium supps have magnesium oxide which is a poorly absorbable form of magnesium."

"This product is okay but I find it irritating that the container does not indicate the 1000 mg. is per serving. I realize most would know each cap is not 1000 mg. Nevertheless the container label should say each cap is 200 mg. You have to figure this out from the serving info on the back."
