"Since I have high liver enzymes, I started to take milk thistle for cleansing and healing of the liver. Of course, diet (no read meat or fatty fried food) plays a main part too. Vitacost, as always, had a great price on thistle. Of course, I compared prices, but ALWAYS come back here to purchase."

"600 mgs are two capsules- for everyday use- you should be able to take one. A healthy liver is the key to optimum wellness. If your liver is in need of a "tune up" then go for two capsules daily. I take one in the morning and one in the evening."

"I have had cases of Fibercitis breast including surgery that required one being removed. I did research and read that Milk Thistle helps this. I went back to the surgeon for my 6 month check up, he was doing the examination, stepped back and looked at me very shocked and said, I don't know what you are doing or taking, but keep it up, there were NO signs of any fibercitic activitity going in. I will continue taking Milk Thistle for this reason. My breast NO longer hurt around the time of my period, nor swell. Milk thistle is amazing!!! I would recommend it to anyone with this problem."
