A total daily multi-vitamin formulated exclusively for men to promote better overall health, this formula also features essential nutrients at therapeutic levels for healthy prostate and heart function. "Swallowing 8 capsules is overkill as well as putting your digestive system under stress breaking all that down. Having tried this product for several months, I can honestly say that the ALIVE product is a much better product, as well as a better value. I would also suggest OLA LOA over NSI as it is better assimilated throughout the body.
On a personal note, I think its more important to have a decent multi as a base, and also use a great "superfood" product like Emerald Balance. Synergy is not a bad product, but other alternatives should be investigated."

"Synergy Men is a core product for me. While the recommendation of 8 capsules seems like a lot, it enables me to reduce the total volume of supplements needed. I actually take 4 capsules daily split between lunch & dinner, and use the Organic Frog men's powder (also at half dose) first thing in the morning. I've used a lot of products and vendors overr the years. NSI much more than most provides innovative products along with an excellent balance of quality and value.

"NSI Synergy Men's version 2 is a good, all around men's supplement however, it can be better. It seems that they are attempting to create a general supplement and then add ingredients that may prove helpful to men (e.g., Saw Palmetto and Lycopene). Although this may be beneficial for many men I find I still have to order the New Chapter Prostate 5lx in order to obtain a more potent and effective prostate formula containing many of the same ingredients. I know that it is impossible to achieve this due to the 5lx is a softgel with the liquid form of some of the same ingredients in the dry Synergy Men's formula. That is partly why it is so much more effective. So, I would rather NSI take the weaker Saw Palmetto in Synergy out and replace it with Arginine, Ornithine and/or Swedish Flower Pollen that can be included because of their standard "dry" form. These are 3 widely recognized supplements that also address male-specific issues, especially for the aging male. As a result of having to take the 5lx, I cut my Synergy daily serving in half. Most of the Synergy ingredients if taken at the recommended dose is overkill anyway so that is not of great concern. However, with the addition of more specific amino acid ingredients (like arginine and others specific to helping men), I would probably take the recommended servings."
