"My dermatologist suggested I try biotin for splitting fingernails. I have been taking it for about a year and there has been some improvement. I do have some neurophathy in my fingers and find the pills a little difficult to handle -- they seem to slide through my fingers very easily. The price here is good even with shipping if I order several months worth at a time."
