"Another reviewer talks about a "bad taste". I have found the tablet easy to swallow and have encountered no taste or after-taste. The tablet disolves quickly as compared to others and may be absorbed better."

"I purchased this type of selenomethionine because it is yeast free (yeast seems to bother my wife), and it is hypoallergenic being free of gluten, corn, soy, and milk, and I like that it is vegitarian. Oh yeah the price was fantastic - 90 tables of 100 mcg for under $3.00.
The only downside is that it taste bad. More than just a bit and has a nasty after taste. This one you have to swallow strategically to get it down fast enough to avoid the unpleasantness. The next time I will get some thing coated or in a capsule."
