"I have ordered this product for the second time. I was using Remifemin, which had the ingredient Black Cohosh only, which seemed to help. When I noticed this product, made by Enzymatic also, with a few other ingredients that I thought may be helpful, I noticed a change in my energy level during the day. The night time / pm also helps me fall and stay asleep."

"Anyone starting/or going through menopause knows, it's hard to judge just how a product is REALLY working. But this seems to have calmed down my moodiness & my tearfulness. I don't have night sweats yet, but one girlfr. says this controls her night-sweats and the other friend says it has cut hers down. Anyone afraid of hormones needs to give this EnzymaticFormula a try. The S&H is a bargain if you buy more than 1 mo. supply at a time."

"I have used this formula for three years. It definitely works for me. Having had a hysterectomy, I was not certain I would I was actually through menopause. I stopped taking AM/PM and discovered very quickly that I was not. I had hot flashes and night sweats together with irritibility. I immidiately went back on AM/PM. My only complaint is the cost."

"I've been using this product for about 9 months. The nightime formula has valerian, hops and L-Theonine which helps me sleep. The daytime formula has ginseng and green tea which gives me energy. The black cohosh helps keep my hot flashes down to a minimum. I notice that since taking this formula, I am experiencing "personal heat waves" less often and less intensely. I am quite satisfied."
