"My doctor recently suggested I try to find this product based on some good reviews from another patient. She said that it is "easy" on the digestive tract. The claims are true. I've had some problems with iron products in the past, but not this one!! Great product!"

"I have low ferritin and I have been trying to elevate it with ferrous sulfate without much success. I switched to this product because it contains ferrous succinate which is supposed to be more absorbable. I can take two of these capsules at a time without stomach upset. I started feeling better for the first time in a long time after taking this supplement for several weeks. I try to take 150 mg/day but sometimes I only take 100 mg. If you have low ferritin and other forms of iron upset your stomach and do not work well try this one; it costs a little more but is worth the price."
