"This vitamin has everything you need except DHA and probably not enough calcium. I take fish oil supplements for the DHA and a calcium supplement with it."

"I have used this pre-natal for about 7 years. It does not cause stomach upset at all. My doctor supports me taking this pre-natal as well and it does not contain the sugars and hydrogenated oils of a lot of presciption brands."
