"My sugar is all over the place when it gets out of wac my doctor gets all scared (Blood work)and i take these tabs for 2 weeks and everthing goes back to normal,im border line hypoglysemic/diabetic.if i have a big sugar day ill take these with the sugar it helps for the no sugar rush too. "this item was ok..its actually a hard pill and its hard to swallow...I noticed that it didnt have any cinamon in it...so I looked for another one that did..most type II diabetes supplements have all the same ingredients..esp the main ones gemenia sylvester etc...this product was for people who had levels within normal range therefore not really helping those that might go out..and when I had my A1c tested...it had actually gone up a point..so that is one of the reasons I looked for a product that might help lower instead of maintaining normal ranges...thanks anyway...vitacost is excelent place to find supplements ..the cost is very good ..and worth trying..because buying a supplement sight unseen is always trial and error and the person is a guinea pig who does it..so sometimes one has to try many different kinds before getting to the right supplement...thanks"
