"I'm sure this is very effective and all, but I find that it does not dissolve very well when mixed with water/rice milk. Since I hate to throw it out, I can't wait to finish it as I find it very chaulky and find myself forcing it down."

"As a Gastric Bypass patient, it's VERY important for us to get our calcium. Problem is that our stomach do not like the calcium horse pills. We also must use Citrate, as it's the most absorbable calcium for our systems. THIS stuff rocks! I add it to my vitamin shake that I am doing now and I never knew it was there! I'll be getting this from now on and spreading the word!"
