NSI Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM -- 120 Capsules

Provides essential nutrients to stimulate cells to help build joint cartilage. . The body uses glucosamine sulfate, a natural compound, to stimulate cells to create one of the main building blocks of joint cartilage -- proteoglycans. Chondroitin sulfate attracts and holds large amounts of water to the cartilage-building proteoglycan molecules. Since cartilage has no blood supply, this fluid is necessary to nourish and lubricate joints. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane, or dimethyl sulfone) is a sulfur-containing molecule found in various plants and some body tissues. It is a natural and efficient source of the sulfur that is used by many of the body's structural molecules, including joint cartilage.

"I bought my first bottle of 120 capsules and it has not given me any NOTICEABLE benefit (I have a torn miniscus in my knee, with some pain, along with a great deal of low back pain and damage).
I may have wasted my money, I don't know. But I am planning to buy a 2nd bottle and give it a little more time, then make up my mind from there. of course, just because I have not received an pain relief in any of the areas mentioned does not necessarily mean my body is not getting ANY benefit from it at all. I would suggest you make up your own mind about it."

"But for glucos/chondr/MSM, I doubt that I could spend 15-20 min on the stairclimber at the gym 5-6 times a week. My 40 year old knees were complaining when I'd walk a flight of stairs in my home, so I started the G/C/MSM to see if it would help. After 3-4 weeks, I started to feel a difference. It's nice to find a product that actually works as billed!"

"I have been supplementing with Glue-chon for years and prefer the formulations with MSM for added benefit. I have found the NSI brand to be great for me and I can't believe the quality for such a great value. Having the supplement in capsule form is easier for me to absorb. Love it!"

"While I'm sure the product is of fine quality, it actually increased my joint pain. A friend mentioned it might be the MSM and so I tried his brand with MSM with the same effect. I have not yet purchased one without the MSM to test it."

"I've had problems with my knees for several years. I've read articles on how glucosamine/chondroitin tests have shown the stuff doesn't work. My personal experience tells me otherwise. I do need to take the full recommended dosage to get the benefits. I feel the NSI product is as good as anything on the market and has a relatively low cost. -I'll continue to use it."

"I ran alot in my younger days. Now I have really "clicky, painful" knees. I started taking this product several years ago and the pain and clicking went away. I took the advise of a physician and stopped taking this 6 weeks ago. Needless to say, within 15 days the symptoms reappeared. I immediately ordered a new supply and started taking the product again. I am feeling the improvement and looking forward to once again being pain free. You can bet your bottom dollar, I will not discontinue this supplement again."

"I have been taking this product for several years. Prior to ingesting this product, I was unable to walk or stand upon arising in the morning and experienced severe pain in ankles, knees and feet. "I started taking this product two months ago at the full recommended dosage of four capsules a day. I have been very athletically active since childhood, and about a year ago, I started to have some post- workout pain in my right knee. It was not a bad pain; just an aching that I thought would probably go away on its own. It did not, so I decided to start supplementing with this product. I must have been lacking in these nutrients, because after about three weeks of use, the pain was gone. I continue to take this product everyday, and I exercise four times a week with no problems whatsoever."
