"I have tried many types of probiotics and this is by far the best. How can I tell? Good question. I have had to get antibiotics several times and many times end up with a yeast infection from it. I could always tell when I took these probiotics because the symptoms would get so much better fast. I could barely tell with other probiotics which makes me wonder if they even have any live bacteria or not. I highly recommend these to anyone. Also, be sure to keep these refrigerated to keep as many of the bacteria alive as possible."

"This was the 1st brand of acidopholus that I found that didn't have to be refrigerated. A few years ago, I went to get some and found that the store had started carrying a different brand, which I tried. I was told it was just as good, it was not even close! This is the BEST!! "This is a fine product. It helps with digestion and regularity. When your colon is in good shape, you can feel more comfortable. By having the proper intestinal flora, your digestive system works better. It is especially important to take PB8 after a course of antibiotics because these medicines kill of intestinal flora while helping to rid your body of infection. This product comes in two forms, one for omnivores (people who eat most everything) and vegetarians. The vegetarian product is also suitable for people who follow a kosher diet, and costs the same. Vitacost is selling PB8 at a good low price. I'd be hard pressed to find it cheaper, and their delivery is very quick. There is no reason not to try PB8 and see if it is helpful to you, or to use it the next time you complete a course of oral antibiotics."

"I began using PB8 when I was having trouble with recurring intestinal problems due to an immune system disorder. I was very fatigued and weak, and "sick and tired of being sick and tired." Once I was using PB8 consistently, I stopped having the problems; I am now healthier and stronger. PB8 provides a natural solution that strengthens immunity and is very affordable. Many companies have introduced beverages containing active cultures (although not as many as PB8), but they are expensive and require refrigeration. "The market offers many brands of probiotics. We, as consumers, purchase the brand that better fits our particular health issues. I usually go for the brand that helps a higher number of my several troubles, and that's why I highly recommend PB8. I am lactose intolerant, and whenever I, knowingly or not, consume dairy products, I take care of the highly annoying symptoms by taking 2 capsules of PB8. With other brands, the results are partial, even when I take up to 4 capsules. But the most important aspect of PB8, in my view, is that it doesn't need refrigeration. I can easily carry a supply in my purse or take a bottle along when traveling. Other brands in the market claim their products are fine without refrigeration, but in reality, the supplements’ potency depletes with time. In my experience, PB8 remains strong longer than others."
