"I lift weights as a hobby, and I'm 36 years old, so I have the somewhat common ailment of a 'slight' tear of my rotator cuff. Not serious enough for surgery, but enough to be a pain at times; it seems to flair up 3-4 times per year, and each flair up can last for several weeks. When I take NSI Glucosamine consistently, the flair ups either dont occur at all, or if they do, the pain is minimal."
