"If you don't want to take calcium for your bones, then how about taking it for restless legs or leg cramps! I read in a book that it works for that. I was sceptical but decided to try it because my toes were cramping, my legs were cramping and I had trouble sleeping. Advil would take the edge off but that was it. I have been taking calcium now for about 3 weeks and already the cramps are a lot less. I can really tell the difference so try it for your restless legs."

"I hate swallowing pills, but these are easy. They are easily digested as well. I know the brand was recommended to me by a doctor a few years ago, so I shopped for a calcium supplement. I have tried others, but will stick to this product.

"What drew me to this product over other calcium supplements was that 1. it is easier to swallow a capsule than a big pill; 2. the citrate form does not constipate like carbonate and 3. I can take it at any time of the day, not just with food. Happily, my bone density test is still normal at age 59, so I think it is effective as well."

"This is the only calcium citrate on the market without iron. You can overdose on iron so if you need 1500 mg or more of calcium a day this is the only product to use and not overdose on iron. calcium CITRATE is the only calcium that helps with osteoporosis calcium CARBONATE doesn't react the same.
I'm really glad this product is available at a reasonable cost."
