"I had gastric by-pass surgery and need to get in a certain amount of protein. I find the Cheramino to be an easy way to get in either one or two of my proteins for the day. It is an acquired taste, however and not for everyone."

"I was very encouraged when I opened it and smelled it. It smelled like my favorite Wild Cherry Lifesavers. Yummy. Then I had to take it. It pours like cold molasses. Very thick. Would be virtually impossible to drink from a medicine cup. The taste is indescribable. I tried it in Sprite, water & straight from a spoon (trying to make sure no more of it touched my tongue than necessary). No Cherry taste there. Im not going to waste my money, so I am going to choke it down until its gone."

"I use this product as an additional protein source to supplement my bodybuilding type diet. Whey and egg protein supplements give me digestion problems so I tried this. It's a little expensive compared to most protein powders but it works well for me and it's easy and quick to use, no mixing."

"Its great if you are looking for more protein to supplement your diet without having to drink a whole lot of protein shakes and expensive protein bars. Its concentrated and to the point. I find it makes me full so I don't have the urge to snack in between meals. The price is right with VitaCost. I saw the 8 fl. oz in the store for $24."
