"Nature's Way products in general seem to be quite good. In particular, this B-50 Complex is very easy for the body to utilize and works like a charm!! I find that in this form, we just don't have as much of the "after taste" that many tablet form B-Complex cause. Less burping!"

"I've been on several brands of B-complexes for about a year now, and this brand is very good, and certainly for the price! It doesn't have that pungent taste that some B's hit you with, but carries most if not all of the B family that you want and need. Since taking this vitamin, I have felt generally better and more energetic, which is a must for grad school! If only I can find this in a intravenous drip... lol."

"I feel better that this is a powder-filled capsule. I always wonder if hard, chalky tablets are easily assimilated. I don't care for the taste of B-complex tablets. These capsules have no noticeable taste."

The Best B Complex I have ever taken!!,

"I started taking this product just 1 week ago and I have to say this is the best B vitamin I have ever taken! I really notice a difference in my energy level. I take one in the AM and one around 3 pm. I can't tell you how low my energy levels have been for the last 18 months. I have been changing my eating --way healthy, taking supplements, and resting when I need to for the past 6 months...I really didn't notice a difference in my mood and energy until adding this product into my regimen. I have told several of my friends about it. I don't feel the need to take a nap every afternoon anymore and I have the energy to play with my child in the evening, I am more patient and feel much calmer , I don't feel so tired after work. The only other B supplement that I have ever noticed a difference-- is when I used to take B-12 shots every week! I have taken the sublingual tabs, the stuff from the drug stores and so on and the Nature's Way is the only one beside taking a shot that I have noticed a real difference in the way I feel."

"This is the first B complex I've used that doesn't leave that vitamin B taste in your mouth. Everything from the capsules, to the look of the contents inside, to the effectiveness, to the packaging is consistently high quality.
I prefer the B-50's to B-100's because you can divide the dose throughout the day."
