"i used this in conjunction with the biotin shampoo and didn't like the results (dull, tangly hair--i have lots of very long, fine, dark blond hair), but my boyfriend loves it! it leaves his shorter, salt-and-pepper hair soft, manageable, not too bouncy, and looking great. best of all, it doesn't irritate his scalp (which is prone to dandruff) or cause it to break out. for him, finding a good conditioner is harder than finding a good shampoo, and jason biotin works great. after a little less than a month, he's still happy, and he's only used about half the bottle, so a little goes a long way, and it helps to use a little water to work it through. be sure to rinse very thoroughly!"

"I bought this conditioner with the shampoo when I found out about parabens. I was using Nexxus and have wavy hair that I try to keep as much curl as possible (or it just sticks out funny :-) ). I found this conditioner is just as good as the pantene for curls (which made my hair look great but my scalp break out) and the nexxus. The trick is to leave it on for a minute or two, and then rinse with COOL water. I love a hot shower but rinsing with cool water has saved my hair and makes it easy to get a comb through. Some of the reviews complained that it was not detangling enough, but if you try cool water I think you'll find it works great. Most conditioners are like that but they leave residue also, and this conditioner doesn't seem to. Leaves my hair soft and curlier like I want it. Also, I would occasionally use the nexxus as a leave in conditioner, and I find I can do that with this also - just use a tiny bit of conditioner and massage it all through the hair and leave it in. Makes for a shorter shower too so you save water to boot. :-) Great price too even after shipping it's less than the nexxus."

"I can not say enough good things about this shampoo. I've used lots of other brands including, Natures Gate, Pantene, Garnier, Biolage, Treseme, Head and Shoulders and on and on. I love this shampoo. It's natural, cleans well, yet doesn't dry out my scalp. I can even skip a couple of days between washing. It works really well with it's conditioner. Finally my hair is healthy, shiny and clean. When this bottle runs out, I will try Jason's Thin to thick shampoo line."

"I have highlighted blond hair way below my waist. It is very fine and breaks easily which was leading me to getting it cut...until I discovered this shampoo and conditioner. I thought I was losing my hair with how much it was shedding and how full of hair my brush would be every day. It is amazing how strong this shampoo and conditioner combo has made my hair. My hair feels and looks thicker, shiny and full of body. Leaves hair a bit hard to comb out when wet but once hair is dry it doesn't tangle anything like before. I no longer have to worry about my hair on windy days. Best of all there is very little hair in my brush after brushing it now. I now love my hair and will grow it to my knees :)"

"I've noticed with this conditioner I can massage it on my scalp without ending up with greasy roots or a residue feeling. When I use other conditioners, I will have to wash my hair the next day because the hair at my scalp looks and feels dirty. I can go 3 days without a washing! I don't like to, but it's good to know I can. Also, I massage it in my scalp to help heal the problem areas I have and it works! It would be good if it were more "tangle free". Evenso, I have an all natural de-tangler I use. This is a great product at a great price - believe me, I've tried other all natural products. This is one of the best conditioners ever."

"I bought this Biotin conditioner along with the matching shampoo. I adore the shampoo and gave it 5 stars across the board. The conditioner is great, too, but only gets 4 stars for effectiveness, as it is not the greatest detangler. Yet, if you leave it on a minute, you will find that it will eventually work to detangle your hair. Other than that, it's a great conditioner, and leaves my fine hair super shiny, and full of natural body. Great for daily use. It's a winner."

"I have to use a detangler in my hair before I can use this. But it does seem to strengthen my hair and make it feel a bit thicker. The smell is so-so but doesn't linger. I had to ad water to the bottle cause this stuff is just too thick for me. I don't think it's worth the hassle will not buy again. It's a shame because I really like the fact that they put all good natural ingredients in their products. This just doesn't really work for me."
