Great echinacea product,

"I always begin echinacea as soon as I feel like I may be getting a cold ( scratchy throat, achy, runny nose ). Just a few days ago I used this product for the first time as I had recently ordered it, and felt like I was getting sick. I took the recommended dose every 4 hours for the first 24 hours, then 3 times/day for the next 2 days. By the end of the second day, I could tell a major difference. The cold never progressed, and I was feeling almost totally well. After the 3rd day, I felt so much better I forgot to continue with it just in case, but symptoms did not return."

"This is a good way to fend off colds, flus & other minor bodily ailments. I like that Nature's Way makes a point of specifying the way this product should be used in its directions. You don't often find this detail on supplement labels. It's organic too!"

"the best way, I think, to take herbs, is to take the whole herb and let your body work to break it down. Nature's Way is the best in that regard.. also it's conservatively priced anyway, but with vitacost it's even cheaper..!! I love it."
