"Instead of caffeine, I use Gotu Kola to help me through the day. This is not a "rush" of energy. I would say it's more like a sustaining roll. There is no wired effect, jitters, shakes or any other type of side effect that you would get from caffeine. I take two tablets in the morning before I go to work, and two tablets around 3 pm to finish off my day. If you are trying to wean yourself from caffeine, try this stuff."
