"I take one of these every night and they help me not have heartburn or gerd. These are soothing. I don't eat much spicey foods though and I really take good care of my health, but I've notice a great change since taking these because before I was getting a little heartburn after eating at times and now I haven't had any of it since taking this wonderful "soothing aloe gel caps" product."
